The room was clean modern and spacious. The addition of all the games to play downstairs for free added massively to our stay. It’s in good walking distance of the town. The gym was also a great addition to our stay.

We have stayed at Penta before and decided to book here again for 2 nights . The hotel in itself is great has such much to other from massive dinners to board games, darts and lots of tv showing variety of things. We really loved having the opportunity to do things without our stay at the hotel while the weather was horrible . Ment we didn’t have to leave to enjoys various things. The stay in itself was lovely we had a great sized room and the view overlooking the hotel just outside. The natural lightening from the large window was good. We much prefer this room to the last room we stayed because of the lightening from windows and size was great. The staff here are always lovely and polite.

easy to find, good deal with the nearby parking (Q parking, which was secure and a few minutes walk to the hotel). Large property catering to all needs, table tennis and darts to use in the lounge area as well a a huge televisin, and lovely bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious, with all the things you need. (tea and coffee supplies a little sparce) Iron and hairdryer in room. Bed (huge) comfortable. Really good location right in the town with all sorts of food places nearby and a big shopping mall. Supermarket nearby too if you forgot anything. East check in and check out, all online.

This was a lovely stay, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We back to the hotel late at night and there was security checking to see that we stayed at the hotel which truly made us feel safe. The hotel is modern and fun. The 24hr access to the gym and facilities and games was truly the cherry on the top for us.

The location is amazing, only like a 10 minute walk from the trainstation. Tha staff was really friendly and the food was good. We had an amazing view out our window and the room was really nice. We had the breakfast included and there was so much to choose from and everything so delicious. I also loved how they think about small details like having the light switch next to the bed and having one European plug in the room. I will definitely stay there again if I’m visiting that area and I will definitely recommend to others.

The pentahotel was a lovely stay, very nice in the city centre. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact I could not invite some friends I was down to see in for a drink past 11pm. Completely understandable but with a 24 hour bar you’d expect to able to invite your friends in for more than an hour under your responsibility. The night-porter who did let us in eventually spoke to me in the phone and said they couldn’t come in, then when I said we will go somewhere else asked for 20 mins, when I declined again he gave us an hour.

The ambience is really nice. The staff were very nice and very helpful. Games and activities by the lobby was great! They still allowed us to play a bit more after checking out. The bed was ok, quite hard but spacious (2 beds joint together). Ive asked if they have a king sized bed but they don’t and all their beds are the same as what we had. There was paid parking nearby and they offer 40% off for hotel guests which was really good. There are a few free disabled car parks right at the front of the hotel which was great for us.

Lovely room, spacious and clean. Many more things to do on the ground floor area than most hotels…sports channels, play darts, pool, shuffleboard. There’s a bar (24/7 for Guests) and lots of comfy seating.
